Your Tasks

  • Conceptualization, development, and maintenance of after-sales products and services, including collaboration on the strategic market launch and benefit argumentation
  • Independent sales of after-sales products and services to increase revenue and ensure a long-term profitable customer relationship
  • Analysis of sales opportunities regarding attractiveness, added value, and risk, as well as conducting order and price negotiations and follow-up on offers
  • Implementation of marketing strategies for the after-sales products and services to improve competitiveness and increase our market share
  • Qualification of inquiries and creation of offers in close cooperation with technical and project planning
  • Representation of the company and sales department both internally and externally during customer visits, trade fairs, and events

The suitable qualifications are:

  • You are a certified technician or have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or have a comparable qualification
  • You possess a strong technical understanding as well as good fundamental business knowledge
  • You are interested in strategic and operational sales work and maintain close and proactive customer contact
  • Several years of professional experience in after-sales sales for complex capital goods is an advantage
  • You work independently, purposefully, and systematically. You are characterized by your hands-on mentality, your communication, and teamwork skills
  • A confident demeanor, resilience, and target group-oriented communication skills in German and English complete your profile
  • Preferably knowledge of ERP and CRM software as well as MS Office
  • You enjoy traveling and visiting customers domestically and internationally
