Your tasks and challenges:
- To manage the sales function in a customer-focused sales operation by forecasting, planning, managing existing customer accounts & identifying potential customers, participating in technical discussions, project management & doing business promotion activities
- Analyse & capture the latest market opportunities to promote ZAHORANSKY
- To execute the long-term business vision of the organization by building a potential customer base to ensure maximum revenue generation in line with the organizational objectives
- Design & implement a sales strategy to meet the sales target and growth in the ASIA region
- To do sales monitoring & manage techno-commercial activities pertaining to negotiation/order finalization for smooth execution of sales & order processing
- To ensure customer relationship management by regular interaction with the customers, customer visits, giving presentations & demonstrations, convincing customers by providing them with solutions as per their requirement
The matching requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / preferably with Management Qualification or MBA
- Prior experience in leading/managing technical sales operations with a European organization or a multinational company is desired
- Basic understanding of Economical Argumentation (TCO, amortization, etc.)
- Excellent English oral & written communication skills with the ability to connect with customers, internal/external stakeholders, service providers & co-workers at all management levels
- Must be willing to travel 3 to 5 days a week
- Self-motivated professional with a systematic work style & pro-active approach toward work
- Computer savvy with required proficiency in IT, MS Office applications to create reports, documentation – as defined by the management
