Your Tasks
- Friendly reception and assistance of visitors (customers, service providers, suppliers, etc.)
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Travel expense accounting
- Visitor registration (name tags, tablet, monitor)
- Catering for guests as well as, if applicable, support for internal events
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail and internal notices
- Management of the cash register and promotional gifts
- Reservation/management of meeting rooms
- Scheduling coordination with external parties
- Updating the menu plans (company canteen)
- Purchasing/management of office supplies, coffee/cold beverages, etc.
- Preparation of certificates/medals for jubilees
- Monitoring/processing of the info mailbox (Outlook)
The Suitable Requirements Are:
- Completed apprenticeship (Office management clerk, hotel industry or similar), preferably with experience in a comparable position
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Service- and customer-oriented behavior
- Committed, flexible, reliable, independent and team-oriented approach
- Good communication skills in German/English and a confident and friendly demeanor complete your profile
