Your Responsibilities
- Directing and coordinating the design team in the area of mold construction
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the design team
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical department and the other design teams
- Prioritizing and monitoring the structural implementation according to economic and quality requirements
- Responsible for scheduling with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring adherence
- Further development of the department regarding effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and meeting deadlines
- Supporting Project Engineering in the creation of proposal concepts
- Supporting mold design at ZAHORANSKY India

- Experience in the field of medical technology is an advantage
