- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the construction team
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the head of the technical department and other construction teams
- Prioritization and monitoring of the constructive implementation according to economic and qualitative requirements
- Responsible for coordinating deadlines with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring compliance
- Further development of the department regarding effectiveness, efficiency, economic viability, and adherence to deadlines
- Supporting project engineering in creating proposal concepts
- Supporting the mold construction in ZAHORANSKY India
