- Directing and coordinating the construction team in the area of tooling
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the construction team
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical area and other designs
- Prioritizing and monitoring the constructive implementation according to economic and qualitative specifications
- Responsible for coordinating deadlines with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring compliance
- Further development of the department with regard to effectiveness, efficiency, profitability, and adherence to deadlines
- Supporting project engineering in the preparation of proposal concepts
- Supporting the tooling construction at ZAHORANSKY India

- Experience in the medical technology sector is advantageous
