- Guiding and coordinating the design team in the area of mold construction
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the design team
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical department and other design teams
- Prioritization and monitoring of the constructive implementation according to economic and qualitative requirements
- Responsible for coordinating deadlines with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring adherence to them
- Further development of the department regarding effectiveness, efficiency, profitability, and adherence to deadlines
- Supporting project engineering in creating proposal concepts
- Supporting mold construction at ZAHORANSKY India
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Experience in the medical technology sector is an advantage
- Leadership and assertiveness, confident and competent appearance
