- Technical and disciplinary management of the design team
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical area and the other designs
- Prioritizing and monitoring the constructive implementation according to economic and qualitative specifications
- Responsible for scheduling with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring adherence to those schedules
- Further development of the department regarding effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to schedules
- Supporting project engineering in creating proposal concepts
- Supporting the mold construction in ZAHORANSKY India
