Your tasks
- Guiding and coordinating the construction team in the field of anchoring technology (ANT)
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the construction group
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical area and other construction groups
- Prioritization and monitoring of the constructive implementation according to economic and qualitative requirements
- Responsible for coordinating deadlines with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring adherence to them
- Further development of the department regarding effectiveness, efficiency, economy, and adherence to deadlines
