Your Tasks
- Setting up and assembling the injection molding tools on the injection molding machines, as well as connecting them to the media air, water, and hydraulics
- Developing a procedure program and programming
- Integrating the injection molding tools into the robotic systems and optimizing the processes
- Sampling the tools with plastic material and determining the required process parameters
- Creating and conducting process analyses to ensure a stable process
- Testing and documenting customer-specific requirements
- Documenting the results in the article storage and the protocol forms
- Preparing and accompanying internal approvals as well as customer approvals
- Researching material-specific information and subsequently integrating it into the process
- Creating and describing error analyses as well as initiating appropriate measures thereafter
- Close collaboration with the departments of design, assembly, and project management
The suitable qualifications are:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a process mechanic/tool mechanic or a comparable qualification
- Structured and agile working method
- Open demeanor and direct communication
- High degree of teamwork, diligence, and good analytical skills
- Willingness to travel for business within Germany and abroad
- Interest in technical products and ideally first experiences in development
- Good knowledge of common MS Office products
- Good German and English language skills
- Driver's license class B
