Your Tasks
- Providing support and advice to the specialist departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Coordinating the external firm for drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Resolution of intellectual property matters
- Liaison between management, specialist departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of inventions and patents
- Collaborating in the granting of licenses for own intellectual property rights or in the acquisition of licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at business associations regarding intellectual property matters
The suitable requirements are:
- Successfully completed university studies in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English
