Your Tasks
- Providing support and consultation for the specialized departments on patent law matters, as well as conducting patent research
- Managing the external office for drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Managing the patent portfolio
- Clarifying matters related to protection rights
- Facilitating communication between management, specialized departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of invention and patents
- Participating in the granting of licenses for in-house protection rights and in the acquisition of licenses for third-party protection rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at industry associations in matters of protection rights
The suitable requirements are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English
