Your Tasks
- Support and consultation for the specialist departments on patent-related issues as well as the execution of patent research
- Support of the external office in drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Mediation between management, specialist departments, and external patent attorneys regarding invention and patent matters
- Participation in the granting of licenses for own intellectual property rights or in acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- Extracurricular representation in intellectual property matters at business associations
The suitable qualifications are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English
- Future opportunities for further training in industrial property law possible
