Your Tasks
- Support and consultation of the specialized departments in patent law matters as well as the execution of patent searches
- Support of the external office in formulating patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Resolution of intellectual property rights matters
- Mediation between management, specialized departments and external patent attorneys in matters related to inventions and patents
- Involvement in granting licenses for one’s own intellectual property rights or in acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at economic associations in intellectual property matters
The appropriate requirements are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable work style
- Willingness to work and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English
- Future opportunities for further training in industrial property protection possible
