Your Tasks
- Support and advise the technical departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent research
- Support of the external office in formulating patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Mediation between management, technical departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of invention and patenting
- Collaboration in the granting of licenses for own intellectual property rights or in acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- Outside representation at business associations on intellectual property matters
The suitable requirements are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good command of English
- Future training opportunities in industrial property protection available
