Your Responsibilities
- Support and advise the departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Support of the external office in drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of protection rights matters
- Mediation between management, departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of invention and patent law
- Assisting in granting licenses for own protection rights or in acquiring licenses for third-party protection rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at business associations in protection rights matters
The right qualifications are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Willingness to work and flexibility
- Good English skills
- Future opportunities for further training in industrial property protection are possible
