Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in cooperation with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consultation to optimize machine processes
The Suitable Prerequisites Are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker, or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a high level of solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver’s license class B
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
