Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation deployments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification deployments on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a high level of solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured work ethic and strong self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
