Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation and organization of installation assignments including clarifying orders, provision of spare parts and tools, and planning travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion assignments on machines, facilities, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, facilities, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documenting customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consultation for optimizing machine processes
The appropriate requirements are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured way of working and high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Profound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
