Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair and conversion assignments on machines, systems and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training materials
- Conducting training for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions on machines, systems and molds
- Recording, processing and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Advisory service to customers and internally to optimize machine processes
The suitable prerequisites are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills in both spoken and written form; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a high solution focus when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured way of working as well as high self-motivation
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
- Proficient handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license class B
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding qualifications
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
