Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion assignments on machines, equipment, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, equipment, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting to optimize machine processes
The suitable requirements are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good command of German and English in both spoken and written form; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high problem-solving skills when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or the corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
