Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation assignments including clarifying orders, providing spare parts and tools, and planning travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification tasks on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialized departments and external product specialists
- Supporting Global Service/Sales with technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting to optimize machine processes
The suitable requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a high level of solution focus when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured approach to work along with strong self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Proficient use of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license for class B
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding qualifications
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
