Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation assignments including clarification of orders, provision of spare parts and tools as well as the planning of travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and modification assignments on machines, systems and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, systems and molds
- Recording, processing and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support for Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consultation for the optimization of machine processes
The appropriate requirements are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Pronounced customer orientation and high solution-orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured way of working as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license, class B
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
