Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly operations including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools as well as planning of travel activities
- Carrying out assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair and conversion operations on machines, systems and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, systems and molds
- Recording, processing and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in cooperation with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support for Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The appropriate requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a high degree of solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driving license of class B
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
