Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation and organization of installation assignments including clarification of orders, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in cooperation with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Advice for customers and internal teams on optimizing machine processes
The Suitable Requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured work style as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct contact with customers
