Your responsibilities:
- Preparation and organization of assembly tasks including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, and planning of travel activities
- Implementation of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion tasks on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in cooperation with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support for Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The suitable qualifications are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured way of working as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
