Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of faults in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consultation to optimize machine processes
The appropriate requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both oral and written; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Pronounced customer orientation and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license of class B
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
