Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly operations including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools as well as travel planning
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion operations on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting trainings for customers as well as internal training sessions
- Telephone and written analysis and troubleshooting of issues with machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Supporting Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The Suitable Requirements Are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is advantageous
- Strong customer focus and a high orientation towards solutions when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured work style as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge and/or corresponding qualifications
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
