Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The suitable requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as a high level of self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver’s license class B
- In-depth electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional appearance in direct customer contact
