Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly operations including job clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion operations on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting trainings for customers as well as internal training sessions
- Telephone and written analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support for Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The suitable prerequisites are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working methods as well as high self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel both nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driving license of class B
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
