Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation operations including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, and planning of travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion operations on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer as well as internal consulting to optimize machine processes
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good command of German and English in both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured work style along with high self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license of class B
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
