Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments, including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for optimizing machine processes
The Appropriate Requirements are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation
- Teamwork ability and strong communication skills
- Proficient handling of MS Office
- Willingness to travel extensively nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license class B
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
