Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including clarification of orders, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Implementation of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair and conversion assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The suitable requirements are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Pronounced customer orientation and high solution-orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Team capability and strong communication skills
- Proficient handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license of category B
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
