Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation assignments including clarification of orders, provision of spare parts and tools, and planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operation manuals, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for optimizing machine processes
The appropriate requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Pronounced customer orientation and a high solution focus when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured work style as well as high self-motivation
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Proficient handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel both nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license class B
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding expertise
- Confident, friendly, and professional manner in direct customer contact
