Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly operations including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair and conversion operations on machines, systems and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training materials
- Conducting trainings for customers as well as internal training sessions
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions in machines, systems and molds
- Recording, processing and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in cooperation with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal advising for the optimization of machine processes
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation when addressing technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Team capability and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver’s license, Class B
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
