Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems and tools
- Creation of technical documentation, user manuals and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions in machines, systems and tools
- Recording, processing and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in cooperation with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer as well as internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The ideal qualifications are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
