Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and retrofit assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Supporting Global Service/Sales with technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting to optimize machine processes
The Appropriate Qualifications Are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid class B driving license
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor during direct customer contact
