Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation operations including clarification of assignments, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion operations on machines, systems and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, systems and molds
- Recording, processing and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The suitable qualifications are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured work style as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driving license of class B
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
