Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly operations including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning travel activities
- Carrying out assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification operations on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Supporting Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machinery processes
The suitable requirements are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured way of working as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid class B driving license
- Sound knowledge in electrical engineering or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
