Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including clarifying orders, provision of spare parts and tools as well as planning travel activities
- Carrying out assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Supporting Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consultation for the optimization of machine processes
The suitable qualifications are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and a high level of solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured way of working along with high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license class B
- In-depth electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
