Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair and modification assignments on machines, plants and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions on machines, plants and molds
- Recording, processing and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting to optimize machine processes
The appropriate prerequisites are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both verbal and written; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver’s license for class B
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
