Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, and planning of travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions in machines, systems and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The Suitable Qualifications Are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is advantageous
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured work approach as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driving license of category B
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
