Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of installation deployments including job clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, and planning of travel activities
- Execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification deployments on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Supporting Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting to optimize machine processes
The suitable requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is advantageous
- Strong customer focus and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Proficient handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver’s license class B
- Solid electrotechnical knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
