Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including clarification of orders, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training for customers as well as internal training sessions
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The Right Requirements Are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution-orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
- Proficient use of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license for category B
- Solid electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
