Your tasks:
- • Strategic and operational management of quality assurance within the company
- • Monitoring and improvement of all quality-relevant processes along the value chain
- • Development of the product and product family strategy including roadmap and technical specifications
- • Analysis of quality metrics, initiation of appropriate corrective and preventive measures
- • Close coordination with production, development and procurement to ensure quality objectives
- • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the QA team
The suitable requirements are:
- • Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman, technician, or a technical degree
- • Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance
- • Confident handling of measurement and testing equipment as well as solid know-how in statistical analysis and testing procedures
- • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
- • Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- • Additional training in quality assurance, such as testing techniques and measurement methods, is desirable
- • Good knowledge of English
