Your Tasks:
- Focus on HSC milling:
- Setting up, preparing, and operating 5-axis HSC milling machines (experience with Röders is advantageous)
- Machining of hardened tool steels (52–62 HRC)
- Ensuring tight dimensional and geometric tolerances in high-precision areas
- Independent setup and fitting of complex components
- Optimization of milling strategies and machining processes
- Close collaboration with CAM programming and production planning
- Independent quality inspection of produced components
- Confident handling of coordinate measuring machines and common measuring tools
- Focus on EDM:
- Setting up and operating sinker EDM machines
- Machining of complex contours in tool and mold making
- Ensuring process-stable results
- Collaboration in technology and process optimization
- Independent quality inspection and documentation
The appropriate requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a precision mechanic, machining mechanic or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in tool or mold making
- Experience in HSC milling or EDM
- High quality awareness and a structured working method
- Independent working ability and teamwork
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Knowledge in the CAM field (e.g., Siemens NX or comparable)
- Experience with automation systems
- Knowledge in the respective other technology area
