- Rotation through the departments of Purchasing, Sales Office, After Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Controlling, Human Resources, and Headquarters. You will also gain insight into the technical departments.
- Class instruction in the subjects of macroeconomics, business administration, Business English, project competence, management and control, German
- Getting to know all the commercial areas of the company
- Handling various projects, tasks, and activities. This includes organizing Girls' Day, managing our social media accounts, and writing various reports for public announcements.
The suitable prerequisites are:
- Secondary school certificate (Hauptschule), intermediate school certificate, or equivalent qualification
