There are the following tasks waiting for you:
- Analyze existing operating concepts in B&R mapp View
- Definition of a suitable interface for integrating external 3D content
- Integration of an externally generated 3D model (base: SolidWorks – data available)
- Design and implementation of interactive elements within the 3D view (e.g., selectable assemblies, navigation areas, status visualization)
- Evaluation and, if necessary, adjustment or preparation of the CAD model in terms of performance, structuring, and interactivity
- Implementation of a functional prototype. The 3D visualization will be produced outside of Automation Studio (technology freely selectable in consultation). The data format and integration strategy are part of the conceptual work.
The appropriate prerequisites are:
- Studies in Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Interest in industrial software development and HMI systems
- Knowledge in web technologies (e.g., HTML5, JavaScript) is an advantage
- Independent and structured working style
