Your tasks
- Guiding and coordinating the construction team in the field of anchor technology (ANT)
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the construction group
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical department and the other construction groups
- Prioritization and monitoring of the constructive implementation according to economic and qualitative specifications
- Responsible for coordinating deadlines with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring compliance
- Further development of the department in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, economy, and adherence to deadlines
